How do I track my parcel? +

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link. That link shows exactly where your parcel is and when it will be delivered. Check your spam/junk folder too if you do not see it.

What happens if I am not at home? +

The carrier will try to leave the parcel with a neighbour or take it to the nearest collection point. You will be notified where and when you can collect it.

Can I still change my delivery address? +

Has your order not shipped yet? Email us as soon as possible at info@deruiterdr.nl with your order number — and we will update it. If the parcel is already on its way, you can often still change the address via the carrier.

Are orders also shipped at the weekend? +

No, we only ship on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. If you order at the weekend, your parcel ships on the next working day.

What do I do if my parcel does not arrive? +

Does Track & Trace show your parcel as "delivered" but you have not received it? Check with your neighbours and your mailbox first. Still no parcel? Contact us at info@deruiterdr.nl with your order number — we will help you sort it out.

Are there extra costs for international orders? +

The shipping cost for your country is shown at checkout before you pay. For orders outside the EU (such as the UK and US), local import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country.
